Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Debt Collection Field Executive to join our dynamic debt recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering overdue payments from clients while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, field visits, and the ability to handle sensitive financial situations with confidence and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and facilitate repayment plans while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical collection practices.
• Conduct field visits to meet debtors and recover outstanding payments as per company guidelines.
• Verify debtor information, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of collection activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial situations and provide solutions for debt resolution.
• Handle objections, disputes, and difficult conversations professionally and tactfully.
• Work closely with the legal and compliance teams on cases that require legal action.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily collection status, field reports, and payment updates.
• Adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines (if applicable), and regulatory compliance while dealing with debtors.
• Identify potential risks and fraudulent cases and report them to the management.
• Maintain high ethical standards while recovering payments and protecting the company’s reputation.

Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation & persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of debt collection strategies and financial recovery processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to debt collection.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to speak local languages fluently.
