Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Candidates to join our team. As a CRM/ BDM, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls of potential clients, arranging site visits & meetings, and booking appointments for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone to arrange site visits and meetings.

• Provide information about projects, prices, and services to potential clients.

• Keep accurate records of calls made and results achieved.

• Follow up with client leads and maintain a strong relationship with them.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

• Attend regular training sessions to improve communication skills and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.

Requirements:


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.


Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range between INR 20,000 - INR 40,000 per month based on experience and performance.
