Job Description:We are hiring Telecallers for an NGO project related to charitable and religious purposes. The role involves calling individuals, explaining NGO initiatives, and creating awareness about social, charitable, and religious activities.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls for NGO charitable & religious programs

• Explain NGO objectives politely and clearly
• Maintain call records and basic reporting
• Communicate respectfully with donors and supporters
• Follow calling scripts and guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:Hindi speaking is mandatory

• Basic English understanding preferred
• Good communication skills
• Freshers can apply
• Positive attitude and social awareness
• Prior telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
