🧾 Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecaller who can connect with users, introduce our free AI-based match prediction service, and guide them to join our Telegram community. The role focuses on engagement, communication, and lead conversion, not hard selling.
🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to users from the provided database
- Briefly explain the free AI prediction service
- Convince users to join Telegram group/channel
- Share access link via SMS/other approved methods
- Handle basic user queries confidently
- Maintain call records and update status (Interested / Not Interested / Follow-up)
- Achieve daily call and conversion targets
📊 Daily Targets100–300 calls per day
- Maximum call duration: 20–40 seconds
- Focus on quick conversion (Telegram join)
