Job Description
Role: Call fresh leads and convert them into confirmed appointments/footfall for clinic services and academy courses.
Responsibilities:
Call fresh leads from ads/social media/website/inquiries
Explain services/courses and qualify requirements
Convert leads to appointments and ensure footfall
Follow up via calls/WhatsApp and close within timelines
Update lead status in CRM/Excel and share daily reports
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
Good communication (Hindi/English; local language preferred)
Sales/convincing skills; comfortable with targets
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Experience in clinic/beauty/education telecalling prefered.
