Job Title: Fundraising Executive (Telecaller)

Job Summary - We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Fundraising Executive to connect with potential donors and raise funds for children who require medical treatment. The role involves communicating with donors through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails, explaining patient cases, and building long-term relationships with supporters.

• Key Responsibilities
• Contact potential donors via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Clearly explain children’s medical cases and request financial support.
• Build and maintain good relationships with donors.
• Follow up with donors regarding contributions and updates.
• Maintain and update donor records regularly.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence in speaking with people over phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional conversations.
• Passion for social work and helping patients in need.
