Job Summary Akiko Global Services Limited is looking for dynamic and target-driven Outbound Tele Sales Executives to promote and sell Personal Loan products to potential customers over the phone. The role includes structured training, a fixed salary, and attractive incentive programs.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Pitch and sell Personal Loan products as per customer requirements.
• Explain loan features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and call quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
• Eligibility & Requirements Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Experience in tele sales, BFSI, or loan sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Ability to convince customers and close sales.
• Willingness to work in a target-based environment.
