Position Information: 

1. Job Title: Tele-caller.
2. Experience: 0-2 Years.
3. CTC: Upto 15k.
4. Department: Sales.
5. Reports To: Pankaj Sharma (Sales Manager).
6. Working Location: Ashok Vihar (Corporate Office).

Responsibilities:

1. Verify incoming leads received from India MART.
2. Call customers to confirm product/service requirements.
3. Update verified lead status in CRM system.
4. Verify complete customer details.
5. Share qualified leads with Sales team.
6. Conduct timely follow-ups for pending leads.
7. Repeated follow-ups with call not picked.

Educational Qualification:

1. Minimum Qualification - 12th pass.

Essentials (Mandatory Requirements):

1. Good communication skills in Hindi and English

2. Good computer knowledge with hands-on experience.

Good to have (Preferred Skills):

1. BPO / Call Centre experience.

2. Knowledge of lead verification process.

3. Female candidates preferred.

4. Strong follow-up skills
