Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our Digital Marketing company.The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a keen interest in the real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate offerings, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, maintain a consistent pipeline, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our properties, addressing client queries, and negotiating deals.
  • Database Management: Maintain an updated database of client information, interactions, and sales records using CRM software.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and competitors to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including lead status, call logs, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
