Job Description for Tele Caller

                      The applicant should have the ability to:

·        Able to make /receive admission related calls courses calls.

·        Handling Inbound and Outbound calls follow up on Telephone, whatsapp, emails.

·        Understand student requirements and guide to the programme of their choices them in getting admission.

·        Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, and course details.

·        Ensure proper campus visit of parents, students.

Key Skills:

·        Ability to Counseling, Administration, Inbound /Outbound calling of admission queries  handling.

Desirable Qualification and Experience:

·        Minimum 12th / Graduate passed from a recognized board/ university.

·        2 years experience in Tele calling, Counseling, Marketing etc.

Shift: Day (9:30 am to 6.30 pm)
