Job Description:

Expect More BPO Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Callers to join our team for the Axis Max Life Insurance Renewal Process. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for connecting with existing policyholders to ensure timely renewal of their life insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding policy renewals

•      Explain policy details, benefits, and renewal process clearly and effectively

•      Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism

•      Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details

•      Meet daily and monthly targets

Requirements:

•      Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

•      Basic computer knowledge

•      Positive attitude and willingness to learn

•      Ability to handle customer interactions patiently and confidently
