Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, promotions, service reminders, or follow-ups
- Receive inbound calls and address customer queries professionally
- Enter and update customer details in computer systems accurately
- Maintain daily call logs, reports, and records
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel or company software
- Handle email communication related to customers and services
- Coordinate with sales/service teams for customer requirements
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
- Support administrative and office-related computer work as assigned
