Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties • Contact clients from given data to inform them about our service. • Answer questions about service or the company. • Ask questions to understand client’s requirements. • Direct prospects to the field admin & marketing team when needed. • Enter and update client’s information in the database. • Take and process clients in an accurate manner. • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. • Keep records of calls and note important information. • You should complete given target. • You should play receptionist roll as well. Proven experience as tele-calling cum receptionist. Ability to manage admin work. Good knowledge of relevant computer program and telephone systems. Ability to learn about services and describe explain them to prospects. Good knowledge of English. Good communication and interpersonal skills as a receptionist. Cool - tempered and able to handle situations. Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and complaints. Additional language will be a plus.
