Job Description: Telecaller (Coaching Institute)

We are hiring a Telecaller for our coaching institute. The role involves calling students and parents, explaining our courses, batches, fees structure, and admission process. The candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, answer queries related to courses, class timings, and study plans, and maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates.

The telecaller should communicate clearly and politely, understand student requirements, and guide them about the most suitable batch. Basic data entry and call records must be maintained. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call students/parents and explain coaching batches
• Handle enquiries and provide accurate course details
• Follow up with interested candidates for admissions
• Maintain call and enquiry records

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Confident and polite speaking skills
• Minimum 12th pass
