Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for dynamic, persuasive, and target-driven professionals to drive delegate registrations and award nominations for high-impact conferences and leadership recognition platforms. This is a high-calling, high-conversion role suited for individuals who enjoy networking, relationship-building, and event sales.

Approximately 90% of the role involves outbound calling and direct prospect engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive nominations and delegate registrations through structured outbound calling campaigns
• Engage CXOs, HR leaders, founders, and professionals to generate interest in award categories and event participation
• Build and maintain high-quality event databases through:

• Researching winners and participants from similar industry platforms
• Identifying relevant professionals and decision-makers
• Outreach via LinkedIn, professional directories, and verified sources

• Develop and expand event audiences through:
• Follow-ups on query form submissions
• Direct outreach and targeted calling campaigns

• Maintain accurate Excel trackers for pipeline, conversions, and follow-ups
• Support coordination during event days and jury evaluation sessions
• Desired Candidate ProfileStrong verbal communication and persuasive ability
• Confident in handling large volumes of outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, basic reporting)
• Basic knowledge of email communication and social media outreach
• Ability to extract, structure, and manage databases efficiently
