We are looking for a motivated and persuasive *Telecaller* to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our services, handle inquiries, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

*Outbound Calling* : Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and generate new business leads.

*Lead Management:* Follow up on leads and set appointments for the sales team.

*Inbound Support* : Answer incoming calls to resolve customer grievances, answer queries, and process product orders.

*Documentation:* Accurately record all call details, customer feedback, and sales outcomes in the CRM software.

*Performance Targets:* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales conversion targets.

*Customer Relationship* : Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify Languages, e.g., English and Hindi].

Soft Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems and telephone software.

Experience: Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a Customer Service role is preferred but not always required for freshers.
