Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Logistics & Shipping
Job Description:
We are hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our logistics and shipping company. The role involves outbound calling and regular follow-ups with clients. This position is not target-based and focuses on customer communication and service support.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and shipments
- Handle customer queries related to logistics services
- Maintain call and follow-up records
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Experience in telecalling or logistics is a plus (not mandatory)
