Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and accurately
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as per target)
• Maintain daily call records and update customer information
• Follow call scripts while handling objections professionally
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude on calls
