- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain matrimonial services and membership plans
- Handle B2C sales and convert leads into paid members
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain call records and update CRM details
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and telesales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and confident personality
