Job Title: Telecaller - Insurance & Loan Department

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our Insurance and Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting insurance products and loan services, explaining product benefits, and assisting clients through the application process. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling

Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, warm leads, and other sources.

Promote and sell insurance policies and loan products, explaining the benefits and answering queries.

Product Knowledge & Consultation

Provide detailed information on various insurance products and loan options to customers.

Assess clients' needs and offer personalized solutions that match their requirements.

Sales & Conversion

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for insurance policies and loans.

Record and follow up on leads and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering excellent service and follow-up.

Address customer queries, concerns, and objections to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Documentation & Reporting

Ensure all customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions are documented in the company CRM.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports of sales activities and progress toward goals.

Compliance & Ethical Practices

Ensure all telecalling practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Handle customer information with confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in the insurance/loan industry).

Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused with an ability to build rapport over the phone.

Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
