Telecaller/Receptionist

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to engage customers, provide relevant information about our offerings, and persuade them to make purchases or set up appointments.

A receptionist at a real estate agency greets clients when they arrive at the office, provides preliminary information regarding property listings, and ensures that a real estate agent is assigned to each client.

To work as a real estate receptionist, it is imperative that a candidate is exceptionally organized and communicative. A high school diploma or a GED is imperative to work in this role and if one has some experience working as a receptionist in any organization, it will be a plus
