• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.
• Explain our generator products, services, and offers to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports to the sales manager about market trends and customer feedback.
