Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound sales calls for property inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans & offers to customers
- Follow up with leads and nurture them till closure
- Schedule site visits with the field team (you will not visit the site)
- Maintain lead data and sales pipeline in CRM/Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Handle objections and close deals over phone
- Coordinate with marketing & site team
