Job Description

  • 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identify potential business clients through research and cold calling.
  • Generate qualified leads by reaching out to businesses and organizations.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and update it regularly.
  • 2. Sales Pitching and Product Presentation:Make outbound calls to introduce the company's products or services to businesses.
  • Tailor the sales pitch according to the client's business needs and industry.
  • Highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products/services.
  • 3. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
  • 4. Sales Negotiation:Negotiate terms and pricing with businesses to close deals.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions about their purchase.
  • Work closely with the sales team to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • 5. Data Entry and Reporting:Accurately record and maintain detailed information of sales activities.
  • Update CRM tools with call outcomes, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the management team, including call metrics and conversion rates.
  • 6. Sales Target Achievement:Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay motivated and focused on closing sales opportunities and meeting KPIs.
  • 7. Collaboration with Sales Team:Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies for closing high-value deals.
  • Coordinate with other departments (like marketing and customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
  • 8. Market Research:Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
  • Use market insights to pitch products more effectively to clients.
  • 9. Customer Feedback Collection:Collect feedback from clients about their experience with the products or services.
  • Report client feedback to the management team for improvements in products and services.
  • 10. Appointment Setting:Schedule meetings or calls for senior sales representatives or managers with potential clients.
  • Assist in organizing presentations and demos for potential business clients.
