Telecalling Executive

Shiromani Institute is hiring Telecallers. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students/parents
• Provide information about courses, fees, and admissions
• Handle inquiries and maintain proper follow-ups
• Update call records and basic data regularly
• Work as per guidelines given by seniors and the management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computer/CRM (training will be provided)
• Confident and polite communication

Working Hours (Office Shift):

• Boys: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Girls: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month (as per experience)
• PF & ESI facilities
