Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing financial services team. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining loan products, and assisting customers in completing their loan application process.

Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to convince clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Explain loan products and financial services

• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

• Maintain customer data and call records

• Achieve daily / monthly sales targets

• Provide basic guidance about loan application process

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

• Telecalling or sales experience preferred

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
