Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database to promote loan products (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property).
- Sales & Pitching: Effectively explain financial products/services, interest rates, and loan features to convince customers to apply.
- Customer Support: Handle queries and objections professionally to provide a positive customer experience.
- Follow-ups: Rigorously follow up with leads in the pipeline to close sales and meet targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately update call logs, customer data, and sales progress in the CRM software.
