Telecalling Executive

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN TELE CALLING AND GENERATING OF BUSINESS LOANS LEADS

Key Responsibilities

• :Make outbound calls to potential clients (small business owners, traders, service providers, etc.) to promote business loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in Excel sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• :Minimum 12th pass / Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in business loan or financial product tele-sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
• Good understanding of business loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets while working remotely.

Monday to Friday

Flexible work hours (between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed monthly salary (based on experience) + attractive performance-based incentives.
