Telecalling Executive

Role Summary:

Renowned Bank is hiring Tele callers to promote and sell banking and financial products through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective and existing customers from provided database
• Promote products like Savings/Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance & Investments i.e all Banking products
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain call records and update CRM system

Eligibility Minimum

• Graduate Preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
