Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Export/Import LogisticsLocation: Okhla phase 1

🧾 Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support business development in the export-import logistics sector. The role involves communicating with clients, explaining logistics services, and coordinating with internal teams.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients (importers/exporters, SMEs, traders)
• Handle inbound inquiries related to freight, shipping, and logistics services
• Generate and qualify leads for sales team follow-ups
• Explain company services (air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, etc.)
• Maintain client database and update CRM systems
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations and shipments
• Coordinate with operations team for service updates
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
• ✅ RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic knowledge of export-import or logistics (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain professional
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• 🎓 Qualifications12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or logistics sales is an advantage
