Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive (Indiamart Handling & Customer Service)

Job Location : Patparganj , East Delhi

Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive Tele Marketing Executive responsible for handling IndiaMART portal inquiries, customer communication, lead management, and sales support. The candidate will interact with potential customers, respond to queries, and convert leads into business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. IndiaMART Lead Handling

• Manage and respond to leads received through the IndiaMART portal.
• Call and follow up with customers who send inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product information.

2.Telecalling & Lead Conversion

• Contact prospective customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Convert inquiries into sales orders or business opportunities.
• Maintain daily call records and follow-up schedules.

1. Customer Service

• Handle customer queries regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Provide quick and professional responses to maintain customer satisfaction.

1. Quotation & Coordination

• Coordinate with the internal sales or procurement team to prepare quotations.
• Follow up with customers for quotation approval and order confirmation.

1. CRM / Data Management

• Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and status updates.
• Update inquiry details in Excel or CRM system.

1. Follow-up & Relationship Management

• Regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic knowledge of IndiaMART / B2B portals
• Basic MS Excel and email handling
• Good telephone etiquette
• Sales and negotiation skills
• QualificationGraduate / Diploma in any field
• Experience in Telemarketing / Customer Support / B2B Sales preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
