Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 + Incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales and possess good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
• Present and sell real estate projects and services to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide good customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or inside sales.
• Good understanding of the real estate market and sales principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
