Job Overview: As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and building relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.

Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

ssLead Management: Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and interest.

Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.

Documentation: Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.

Sales Ability: Strong sales skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
