Job Description

We are looking to hire Telesales Executive who will be responsible for customer communication, follow-ups, and systematic data management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sound computer knowledge, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally. Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and manage inbound customer interactions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and update call status
  • Maintain and manage customer databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide professional customer support and basic service/product information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer resolution
  • Adhere to defined communication and customer service protocols

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Gender: Female candidates only
  • Education: Graduate (mandatory)
  • Experience:
  • Freshers may apply
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred
  • Exposure to the solar industry will be considered an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong documentation and follow-up management capability
  • Professional telephone etiquette and customer handling skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup

System & Infrastructure Requirements

  • Own Laptop or Desktop (mandatory)
  • Reliable internet connectivity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
  • Incentives: Up to ₹40,000 per month, performance-based and linked to successful deal closures
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Weekly Off: Sunday
  • Holidays: All National Holidays
  • Work-from-home arrangement
