Job Description
- Assign daily tasks, set targets, and monitor individual and team performance.
- Ensure timely achievement of sales and onboarding targets.
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, portal features, and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor call quality, follow-ups, and customer interactions to maintain service standards.
- Handle escalated customer or partner queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Track team productivity, attendance, and discipline.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of operations.
