Job Opening: Loan Sales Team Leader & Telesales Executive
Location: Rajendra Place, Delhi
Process: Loan Sales
We are hiring experienced and result-oriented candidates for Loan Sales Team Leader and Telesales Executive roles for our Loan sales process. Male and female candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
Telesales Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for Loan sales
- Explain loan products and benefits clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested customers and close deals
Team Leader – Loan Sales
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the telesales team
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Guide and motivate the team to improve conversions
- Assist team members in closing deals
- Maintain performance reports and ensure productivity
- Requirements (For Both Roles):Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales / Telesales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
