Job Title: Team Leader – Telecalling (Female)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Female Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly targets, monitoring calls, training team members, and handling customer escalations. She should ensure team performance, quality standards, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Experience in target-based telecalling environment
