Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who can lead, train, and manage a team of telecallers to generate leads, convert prospects, and increase sales revenue. The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and target-driven mindset.

• 🎯 Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• 📞 Monitor calls, improve scripts, and ensure high conversion rate
• 🧠 Train team on communication, objection handling, and closing skills
• 📈 Track performance (calls, leads, conversions) and prepare reports
• 🔥 Motivate team to achieve targets and maintain high energy
• 🤝 Handle important or difficult customers (escalations)
• 💬 Improve sales scripts and WhatsApp/chat conversion strategies
• 📋 Coordinate with marketing team for leads and campaigns
• 🧠 Required SkillsExcellent communication (Hindi + basic English preferred)
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Sales mindset & target-oriented attitude
• Good understanding of telesales process
• Ability to handle pressure and rejections
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
