Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Preferred Candidates: Delhi & NCR Region Only

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive for our Janakpuri (New Delhi) office. The role involves product presentation, customer relationship management, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates from Delhi/NCR with strong communication skills are highly preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and present product details clearly
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Convert assigned leads through effective persuasion and follow-up
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain call logs, customer records, and daily MIS reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth workflow
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Candidates must be from Delhi/NCR region
• Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience preferred (freshers can be considered)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records
• Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-centric approach
