- ✅ Roles & Responsibilities📞 Daily outbound calls karna (new aur existing customers ko)
- 🛍️ Products explain karna (heat press machine, sublimation items, etc.)
- 🎯 Leads ko sales me convert karna
- 🔁 Interested customers ke saath follow-up calls karna
- 📊 Daily call report aur data CRM me update karna
- 💬 Customer ke questions aur objections handle karna
- 📈 Daily/weekly sales target achieve karna
- 🤝 Sales team ke saath coordinate karna
- 📅 Order confirm karna aur dispatch team ko update dena
- 🔥 Upselling & cross-selling karna
- 🎯 Requirements / Skills🗣️ Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- 💼 Sales ya telecalling ka experience (0–2 years bhi chalega)
- 💪 Convincing & negotiation skills
- 🧠 Customer handling & objection handling
- 💻 Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)
- ⏱️ Target oriented mindset
