Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers or clients, offering products/services, and gathering information to qualify leads.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's products, services, and promotional offers to effectively respond to customer queries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Sales Conversion: Assist in converting leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through telecalling, market research, and customer referrals, contributing to the overall sales pipeline.
• Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with the company and report insights to the management for service/product improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of company goals.
• Reporting: Regularly update managers on call performance, sales, and customer feedback.Required Skills and Qualifications:
