- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.
- Explain our generator products, services, and offers to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager about market trends and customer feedback.
