Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Tele sales Executive to promote and sell loan and insurance products over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining financial products, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan and insurance products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly.

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer data in CRM systems.

Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and disbursement/issuance.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of loan and insurance products (preferred).

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
