Telesales Executive

Key tasks include outbound cold calling, inbound query handling, understanding client needs, upselling, resolving issues, and reporting on performance, requiring strong persuasion and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively call potential clients (B2B/B2C) to identify needs and qualify them as sales leads for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Email, Content).
• Sales Pitch & Closure: Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, explaining how digital marketing solutions solve business problems, and closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, addressing concerns, providing info, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all calls, interactions, and customer data in the CRM system; prepare sales reports.
