 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service

 Answer questions about services or the organization

 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

 Go the "extramile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

 Achieve the targets/ goals set by the organization

 Handling calls( Incomings as well as Outgoings)

 Ready to travel, as and when required

Skills/Abilities required –

 Excellent communication skill(especially listening skills)is highly required for an

education counselor

 Patienceshouldbeavirtuewornatalltimesbyindividualswhoworkaseducationcounselors

 Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times

 Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
