Compensation & Benefits

• 💰 Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• • Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000
• • Incentives: Up to ₹20,000

About the Role--We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our dynamic health insurance sales team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy connecting with people, and have at least 1 year of telesales experience, this is your chance to grow with us! Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Maintain and update client data in Excel or CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful deals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Manage communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or insurance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance.
• Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
