BillCut is looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller – Sales professional to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain BillCut’s products/services clearly and effectively.
• Convince customers to sign up or make a purchase.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• 0–2 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
