Position: Telesales Executive

Company: Realty Experts

Realty Experts, a 25-year-old real estate company with a strong track record of delivering successful projects across India, is expanding its sales team and is looking for dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executives. Based out of our corporate office in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, this role plays a key part in driving lead generation and initial client engagement for multiple high-value real estate projects.


The company works closely with reputed developers like Forbes Global Properties, Migsun, M3M, Laadli Group, Bhoomi Group and many more, giving its team access to a strong portfolio and market credibility.


Role Overview

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, persuasive in communication, and driven to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and self-generated leads
  • Introduce company projects and generate interest among potential buyers and investors
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Follow up regularly with leads to nurture and convert them into potential prospects
  • Coordinate with sales managers for smooth handover and closure support
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets
  • Maintain a professional and positive company image during all interactions


Requirements:

  • Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer-facing sales roles (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach to work
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
