About The Role


FIT INDIA TRUST is hiring Tele Sales Executives. This target-based role involves generating leads, pitching to potential clients, and maximising sales of products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary focus should be on the sale of education services to probable customers.

Call to generate prospective clients and generate leads in the area of concern

Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss their products that would meet their requirements.

Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices/site locations to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any service that the company is offering.

The focus should be to increase the sales of the company.

Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also draw attention to the benefits of the available services.

Generate business leads for the company and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Should be competitive and confident.

Should be focused on delivering the best for the organisation.

They should be able to take initiative and work on their own to achieve targets.

Be a good team player.

Should be excellent with verbal communication.
