About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller who can handle outbound calls, convert leads, and manage follow-ups professionally. You must be comfortable explaining services clearly, overcoming objections, and closing deals. Discipline with CRM updates is non-negotiable.

Daily Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads.
• Explain services clearly and confidently.
• Convert interested leads into paying clients.
• Handle WhatsApp inquiries and follow-up messages.
• Maintain and update CRM regularly.
• Share service information and assist clients with onboarding.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calling & conversions.
• Represent the company professionally in all communications.
